Check in was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Power curtains in room did not function and the restaurant was having problems such as no bread, no waffles, one couple left as there was no warm coffee. To be fair it was graduation time in Charlottesville and hard to find help. The chef was handling cooking and waiting on tables. Also, the roll in shower head was not functioning properly and curtain allowed too much water on the tile floor. Also, brighter lights and light locations are needed for reading.

First time booking with this location, and wow did they exceed my expectations. Clean location, clean rooms but what really exceeded my expectations was how they cool they were with me being able to pray in the conference room. For sure really loved that and too top it off, a nice gentleman took the time to call me after I had returned the room. Letting me know on how I had forgotten my prayer mat. For sure will be booking with this location again . Thank you

The room was comfy (the mattress and pillows were heaven), the facilities clean and welcoming. Recognition must be given to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. Well done! I look forward to a future stay at this wonderful property. As a bonus, there is a Starbucks within easy walking distance.

This is a nicely redesigned hotel, the room was very comfortable and stylish. I really liked the bright bathroom with a huge counter space. The sofa and ottoman and rolling work table were a really smart touch. Breakfast was decent - it was nice to have something made to order instead of buffet.
